Cancellations

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

You can call us at 609-614-1569 anytime to cancel an order. We will try our best to accommodate your request as long as your request meets our cancellation policy.

Returns

To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your non-perishable item for replacement or refund within 24 hours.

Flowers & Perishable Products

If you are not fully satisfied with your gift, please call us at 609-614-1569. We offer a 24 hour guarantee our flowers. A replacement will be sent at no charge if we are made aware within the 24 hour timeframe. Refunds can be issued with the return or pick up of the arrangement. After the 24 hour time, we cannot offer replacement or refund as many “at-home” conditions are outside of our control such as temperature, pets etc.

With care, flower life can range from 7-10 days with the exception of some novelty or local farm flowers. We make every effort to provide fresh and long lasting quality. We provide flower care instructions with every order to ensure your gift is enjoyed for as long as possible.

Specialty Gifts

Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the speciality gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

Balloons

Temperature changes can affect inflation appearance. If your mylar balloon has been in cold air, it will shrink and re-expand in warmer temps. If your mylar ballon does not re-expand please call for replacement within 24 hours. Latex balloon sales are final and not subject to any replacement or return policy.
